End of application period for degree programmes with entrance exam procedures

The test dates of the written entrance exams are set.

After the end of the application period for bachelor/diploma programmes with entrance exam procedure, figures regarding the number of interested prospective students are available. Further steps in the entrance exam procedure are set and all prospective students will receive an e-mail with detailed information until 5 July.

The written entrance exam will take place for the following degree programmes, as more prospective students have applied for admission than places are available:

  • Bachelor programme in Biology: The written exam takes place on 22 August 2022. 1.484 prospective students have registered for the 1.030 available places.
  • Bachelor programme in Business Administration and International Business Administration: The written exam takes place on 25 August 2022. 1.628 prospective students have registered for the 1.122 available places.
  • Bachelor programme in Computer Science and Business Informatics: The written exam takes place on 16 August 2022. 737 prospective students have registered for the 415 available places.
  • Bachelor programme in Chemistry: The written exam takes place on 26 August 2022. 314 prospective students have registered for the 250 available places.
  • Bachelor programme in International Legal Studies: The written exam takes place on 17 August 2022. 775 prospective students have registered for the 200 available places.
  • Diploma programme in Law: The written exam takes place on 24 August 2022. 1.849 prospective students have registered for the 1.700 available places.
  • Bachelor programme in Pharmacy: The written exam takes place on 19 August 2022. 951 prospective students have registered for the 560 available places.
  • Bachelor programme in Psychology: The written exam takes place on 23 August 2022. 3.938 prospective students have registered for the 485 available places.
  • Bachelor programme in Teacher Education: The written exam takes place on 18 August 2022. 2.059 prospective students have registered.

 

For the following bachelor/diploma programmes, the written exam does not take place:

  • Education
  • Economics
  • English and American Studies
  • Mass Media and Communication
  • Nutritional Sciences
  • Political Science
  • Transcultural Communication
  • Sociology
  • Social and Cultural Anthropology

You can only be admitted to a bachelor or diploma programme with an entrance exam procedure if you have submitted the application on time and meet all the requirements for admission. Application deadlines for the academic year 2023/24 will be announced in spring 2023.
