The application and admission period for master programmes without entrance exam procedure for summer semester 23 ends on 31 March 2023.

This means:

• graduates of bachelor/diploma programmes at the University of Vienna,
• citizens of EU/EEA countries or Switzerland and
• prospective students who have equal status with EU/EEA citizens due to the decree on certain groups of persons

can apply for admission to master programmes and complete the admission procedure until 31 March 2023. Please note, that the processing of your application will take several weeks. Therefore, an admission in summer semester 23  not be possible, if the application is submitted only shortly before 31 March.

Prospective students from non-EU/EEA countries can complete the admission procedure until 31 March, if they have received an admission letter without a prescribed supplementary examination in German.

Don’t forget: the payment period for the tuition fee/Students‘ Union fee also ends on 31 March 2023!
