Economics: an Introduction (Extension curriculum)
Economics deals with the description and analysis of human behavior against the background of limited resources with different uses. Knowledge of economics helps to recognize the micro- and macroeconomic aspects of decision-making problems and to develop adequate solutions to such problems.
The aim of the extension curriculum Quantitative Fundamentals of Economics is to give students an overview of the most important fundamentals, questions and quantitative methods of economics.
