Stipulations (specified in an admission letter)

The admission to a master's programme can be granted in connection with certain stipulations. If your post-secondary degree of at least three years is not equivalent or subject-related, sipulations of up to 30 ECTS are specified in your admission letter. These stipulations may include several courses, which must be additionally taken, at best in the beginning of your master's programme.

Example:
Laura has sucessfully completed the bachelor's programme Economics and would like to study the master's programme Statistics. She has received a letter of admission in which the following stipulations are prescribed:
VO and UE „Höhere Analysis“ of 10 ECTS
She can be admitted to the master's programme, but she must additionally complete the course and exercise "Höhere Analysis" during (at best in the beginning) of her studies.
