Your steps in the entrance exam procedure and admission procedure depend on the issuing country of your secondary-school leaving certificate and your German language level.
In case your language proficiency in German corresponds to level B2, you can participate in the entrance exam procedure. However, for the admission to the degree programme you will need to prove German language proficiency at level C1.
