Info about the amendment request

You have applied for admission to a master programme and have received an amendment request ("Verbesserungsauftrag"). On this site you will find all current requirements and forms that you need for your application for admission. Scroll down to the list of degree programmes. You can download the documents at the respective degree programme. 

 Why did I receive an amendment request?

A document you have uploaded – for example the description of qualifications – does not follow the requirements. Only use the forms we provide on this website and follow the instructions when completing them. 

You have received the amendment request via e-mail and can also find it in u:space > Personal matters > My documents > Documents regarding my application. Please message us via the Servicedesk if you have any questions about your amendment request. Always include the reference number ("Geschäftszahl/GZ") which you can find at the top of the amendment request in your message. 

 How can I amend my application?

Amend your application as follows:

  1. Check the deadline stated on your amendment request. 
  2. Log in to u:space and select the relevant application.
  3. Replace/correct the inadequate document.
  4. Select the button "Continue to submission".
  5. Confirm the acknowledgement.
  6. Select the button "Submit application".

Please note: We can only continue processing your application once you have uploaded all required documents correctly and completely. The processing takes several weeks.
