Banking and Finance (master's programme)
Would you like to help shape the financial world of tomorrow? On the master's programme in Banking and Finance, you will acquire the theoretical and methodological skills you need for a career in the financial sector, public administration or research – with a focus on current issues, analytical thinking and an international perspective.
What is it about?
You will analyse financial markets and assess risks and capital. In doing so, you will work with the latest methods from econometrics, game theory and information economics. You will learn to take a holistic view of financial issues and evaluate them using appropriate quantitative models and methods. You will make critical and practical use of financial market data and information systems. Research-led teaching keeps you up to date with the latest academic developments and sharpens your analytical skills.
Choose your own specialization depending on your goals: 'Business Orientation' or 'Science Orientation' – with modules covering banking, asset pricing and corporate finance.
