Applied Economics (master's programme)
On the English-taught master's programme in Applied Economics, you will deepen your knowledge of econometrics, macroeconomics and microeconomics. You will refine your profile through targeted specialisations and learn how to carry out economic analyses that are central to decision-making in politics and business.
What is it about?
Applied Economics equips students with the methodological foundations needed to carry out sound economic analyses of issues of significance to politics and the economy. It focuses on the areas where you wish to make an impact: banking and financial markets, behavioural economics, competition and regulation, macroeconomic policy or policy evaluation. Research-led teaching ensures that you learn in line with the latest scientific developments – and qualifies you, as an economist, for positions of responsibility in business, public administration or politics.
