German as a Foreign and Second Language (master's programme)
How do people learn German – and how can the German language be taught effectively? On the master's programme in German as a Foreign and Second Language (DaF-/DaZ), you will combine insights from language acquisition research, linguistics and language teaching with cultural and social issues. This programme is not a teacher education programme; rather, it qualifies you for professional language teaching in the field of German as a Foreign and Second Language, both in Germany and abroad.
