Psychology student, physical impairments

There are nice people who help me whenever I need help.

As my locomotor system is limited due to my disability, I need assistance for a lot of activities. Just sitting down on a chair not adjusted to my height is almost an impossible venture, not to speak of getting up. Of course, I had a strange feeling at the beginning of my studies, when I thought of attending a lecture, seminar or even exam, how could I sit down or get away from there, and so on. But, luckily, straight at the beginning I got to know some very nice collegues, which became my best friends, who have always stood beside me to lend me a helping hand. We undertake whatever we can together (exams, seminars, etc.). They purchase scripts or books for me - in short: they are like my personal assistants at university.

But also, I must say that at the Psychology department there are quite a few helpful students, because even when I'm the only one of my group attending an event, I usually find nice people who help me whenever I need help.
