 Counselling via e-mail

barrierefrei@univie.ac.at

Please describe your enquiry as precisely as possible and provide all the information we might need to understand your situation (e.g. name, student ID number, degree programme, course, teacher, your needs). Please note that we answer incoming e-mails in the order of receipt.

We may have to discuss your enquiry with other organisational units at the University. In this case, it may take longer until you receive a reply. Peak times, such as at the beginning or the end of the semester, may also lead to longer processing periods.
