Student Space at Oskar-Morgenstern-Platz 1

A new Student Space has been opened at Oskar-Morgenstern-Platz 1 (Faculties of Mathematics and Economics).

This space has been created to provide a pleasant learning environment and a place for students to relax between lectures and practicals.

Details about the Student Space:

     

  • Learning environment: The room provides an ideal environment for desk work, group discussions and informal meetings.

  • Diverse areas: There is a dedicated meeting area, a desk work area and two cosy sofa areas to make breaks comfortable.
  •  

  • Accessibility: The Student Space is designed to be barrier-free, with no steps to ensure it is easily accessible for all students.
  •  

  • Space for 19 people: With a capacity of 19 people, the room provides space for collaborative learning and discussion.
  •  

  • Infrastructure: The room has 22 sockets for the use of mobile phones and laptops. The university's WLAN is also available.
  •  

  • Optimum conditions: The room is equipped with windows and blinds that can be adjusted and offers a cooling system for the summer months.
  •  

  • Location: The Student Space is located on the ground floor, room EG.312, the former Facultas shop at Oskar-Morgenstern-Platz 1.
  •  

We are looking forward to this student space serving not only as a learning environment, but also as a place for exchange and collaboration. The attached pictures will give you a first impression of the space. Our aim is that this space will be fully utilised and that it will help to enrich the student experience at our university.
